- Q. 1) What happens if the recipient of my gift is not at the delivery location at the time the gift is delivered?
- A. 1) If the person you're sending flowers or a gift to isn't there when the gift is delivered,courier person will either leave a calling card to explain that they tried to deliver the gift, or will try and get in touch with your recipient via telephone. If Delivery attempt are made and recipient refused or not available at the place, your card will be charged.
- Q. 2) Can I change or cancel my order?
- A. 2) You are certainly able to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been placed , provided you inform us 3 days in advance to the delivery.
- Q. 3) Do you deliver flowers on Sunday/Public Holidays?

- Q. 4) Can I request a specific delivery time?
- A. 4) Delivery times are based upon the order procesing agent / vendor. We are not able to specify or guarantee a delivery time. But we guarantee delivery on the date selected while checkout.

- A. 5) Yes,we guarantee to deliver fresh and beautiful flora arrangements on the mentioned and specified date. We also guarantee to replace the product if you are not 100% satisfied, which will not be chargeable.

- A. 10) Yes. When placing your order, be sure the apartment number is included in the address. Any omissions or errors may delay delivery a minimum of one additional business day. As most apartment buildings are secure, the delivery person will have to buzz the proper apartment to notify the recipient there is a delivery. The delivery policy to apartment buildings in general is that there must be someone at the apartment to successfully complete delivery.

For example, most courier deliveries are required to go to the shipping and receiving department as the courier does not have permission to deliver directly to the recipient. When sending to a hospital, please ensure the patient will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery. When sending to a company please ensure the recipient is working on the day of delivery.
